This week we have one of our coaches that came through our mentoring programme recently. Coach Robert Caswell who is still an active Elite level amateur boxer for club St Marys ABC. Rob was mentored through our 6 month mentoring programme and is now leading on programmes.
Coach Wayne and Rob chat about Rob’s boxing career which started at 10 years old, his challenges, goals & aspirations still to achieve. They talk about the mentoring programme and how beneficial it was, what challenges as coach now that Rob has faced and his opinion on how boxing has developed him as a person and what it does for the community.
