If you are booking the Academic Year under our discount scheme, then we would only take payment Term by Term anyway, so don’t panic. It just means you are committing to having us in your school for the whole academic year. By doing so, it frees up our time of asking schools about the following term and means we can focus on improving our sessions and so on. Which is why we offered the discount (Subject to availability)
Absolutely! Most of our coaches have experience with SEN Students and are really knowledgeable on how to support your students. Our goal is to reach as many individuals as possible to help shape their future or keep themselves active despite their busy lives. We have our youth sessions as well as adult only for our community sessions, which are delivered in community halls or fields. Most of our community sessions are FREE unless stated otherwise in our calendar,
We also deliver Before School, After School, Lunchtime Clubs and Curriculum P.E to numerous schools across Kent. We can’t say how busy one session would be, our youth sessions tend to be popular and if your child struggles with crowds or people and noise, then our session may not be suitable. Each individual with autism is different, our sessions are free so you are more than welcome to come along and try it out. We also do 1-1 sessions if this may be suitable, we can deliver in your home too. We have a whole page dedicated to this.
We provide all of the equipment needed, all we say is wear something comfortable and not restrictive to movement and water to drink.
Advice: If you are considering buying your child their own set of gloves, please show up and use ours to see if your child wishes to continue with sessions before spending money on their own set of gloves.
We can only take 8 and above (5 when rookies is back) due to insurance and safeguarding purposes. We find kids under 5 just don’t have the appropriate attention span, we want to maximise their potential when they’re developed enough to be able to process and retain it.
We run Rookies (Ages 5-8) which is not currently running, do check our social media for any updates.
We run Youth Sessions (Ages 8-18), run weekly after 4pm.
We also run Adult Box Fitness Sessions (Age 18+), also weekly. We have a blog post detailing our adult sessions.

Fit & Fed
No, there is no booking at all. Just show up, fill an emergency form out and your child is able to come to the session with or without their parents/guardians.
Fit & Fed is our school holiday program we have been running for 4 years. We provide fitness through a variety of sports and then give them a healthy meal. The meal consists of sandwhich or pasta pot, snack bar, crisps, piece of fruit and drink.
We run during all school holidays except for Christmas holidays, it’s fun, free and no booking is needed. We do need a parent or guardian to fill out an emergency contact form before the participant can attend the session. This can be filled out in person on the young persons first day and will take a few minutes, staff are happy to fill the form for you if you cannot write english or struggle with spelling etc.
Our program is for ages 8-11 Years.
Although we try to stick to the same areas, you can find our upcoming sessions in our calendar to see where we are and when. Also feel free to follow us on any social media for updates on our Fit & Fed program.
