This Week’s Fit & Fed Was Amazing!

So this week we ran 3 sessions of our Fit & Fed which ran 10am-12pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Luton. During these sessions we got participants to box and get their daily exercise and then provided a healthy wholesome lunch.

Keeping fit is not only great for the body’s health, you burn calories during and after the workout; it is also good for the mind, releasing endorphins and expelling negative energy. Regular exercise can really help us feel healthy, happy and more confident.

The idea of Fit & Fed is to keep you healthy AND fed, this is in proud partnership with Arches Local.

We couldn’t run all our FREE community sessions without our various funders, we are incredibly grateful to these organisations who have supported us over the months and years.
