Olympia Boxing Virtual Community Programme

Hey Team

Due to the Corona virus pandemic and were all being told to isolate now. We have launched our very first online virtual training programme, so everyone can stay active and have fun in their homes during this horrid time.

We have created a private Facebook group Olympia Boxing CIC Virtual Community Programme which can be found through our Olympia Boxing CIC page. We are offering 3 x 30 minute training sessions for just £5 per week! That works out at £1.66 per session as we know everyone will want to keep costs to a minimum during this time. We have set a deadline of 5pm every Friday for the memberships to be paid and the videos will be on the group throughout, so you and your household can exercise at your own convenience when it suits you. The sessions consist of our BOX Fitness & HiTT Training circuits, every exercise is adaptable to cater for all abilities and so everyone has lots of fun! Our coaches are delivering these sessions in their own living rooms to show space is not a question.

If you are lucky enough to live in the Arches Local area of Chatham. Our parnters Arches Local have donated 20 FREE spaces onto our programme. All you have to do to claim a space is email Stephen Perez the Arches Local Coordinator and then join our group, once your name has been confirmed by Arches Local you will gain access to the group.

Obviously with the school and community closures this has closed our business down, but we are still looking at ways we can deliver for our community and we feel this virtual programme will be very beneficial to a lot of people and their families. Exercise is not only great for keep active physically,b ut great for the mind too!

Let’s all stay healthy and active during this challenging time.
